Sweet Body Studio is a physical fitness studio that offers physical fitness and body contouring experiences. We strive to provide a state of health and well-being, more specifically, the ability to perform aspects of physical fitness. Through proper nutrition, moderate-vigorous physical exercise, and sufficient rest along with a formal recovery plan we work to get you moving forward with your Sweet Body fitness goals.

About Me

Raised in sunny Florida, I became certified in Body Sculpting, in April 2019 and began offering mobile in-home sculpting services throughout 2020 anticipating the world opening back up.

 

 My goal is to provide services to my community that may be out of reach for some and wanted by most.  

 

I graduated with a degree in Health Sciences Pre-Clinical Allied Health with a minor in Health Services Administration.  In addition, obtained my MBA in Healthcare Management and Ph.D. in Public Health. I am also working to be a licensed Esthetician to provide facials, waxing, lashes, and all things beauty. Stay tuned! 

 

I believe in a holistic wellness approach that consists of increased body movement, improved eating habits, and body shaping/toning.
